Medium Pocket Filter

FeinPak is ideal as a medium-efficiency filter for use in humid, high airflow and high dust load environments and is widely used in air conditioning ventilation systems for pharmaceutical, automotive, food processing, commercial buildings and other industrial uses.

The frame of FeinPak medium-efficiency bag filter can be made of galvanized iron or aluminum alloy, supplemented by iron framework for bag support, which not only effectively supports the bag but also maximizes the filtration area. Preferred material, sturdy structure, easy transportation and installation

The high-quality fiberglass filter paper is used, with coarser fibers on the inlet side and finer fibers on the outlet side. It can make full use of the area and depth of the filter media to maximize the dust holding capacity, thus extending the service life of the filter and reducing operating costs. The extended filter surface with corrugated aluminum separator maintains a uniform fold space and increases the strength of the filter to adapt to the pressure on the filter caused by various air volume changes. It also effectively prevents damage to the filter in transit. Smaller thickness and sturdy construction make it easier to install and disassemble.

Medium Efficiency V-bank Filter

FeinAir V is a V-bank box filter with large load, consisting of multiple separator-free filter elements in a V-shaped structure (available in 3V/4V/5V).

This structure can accommodate more filter media (30-40% more filter media than ordinary box filters) to fully increase the filtration area, so that the filter pressure loss is reduced and the dust holding area is increased, thus reducing energy consumption and saving operating costs.

Both GL and ABS are available. The unique ABS resin outer frame design ensures a stronger structure and lighter weight for easy transportation and installation.

According to EN1822 standard, the United States PMS laser particle counter and PSL test particles are used to test the efficiency of the filter using the most penetrating particle size (MPPS) method to ensure that the filter efficiency meets requirements.
