The high-efficiency return air box, also called high-efficiency exhaust air box, is a high-efficiency filtration device for cleanroom exhaust section, mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, biological laboratory, hospital and other fields. It is composed of cabinet, HEPA filter, return/exhaust air panel, etc.

The high-efficiency return air box is the exhaust device of the negative pressure cleanroom, used for the return air filtration of negative pressure workshop, to isolate toxic and harmful, carcinogenic, radioactive and bio-hazardous dust and gas, and prevents indoor harmful substances from being discharged into the return air exhaust system. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, biological laboratory, hospital and other fields.

For polluted gas produced by the production activities in the cleanroom, the equipment is called the high-efficiency return air box when the filtered gas is connected to the return air duct, or called the high-efficiency exhaust air box when the filtered gas is connected to the exhaust duct. The high-efficiency return air outlet/exhaust air outlet mainly consists of the cabinet, HEPA filter, return/exhaust air panel, etc.

The return/exhaust air panels adopt a special structure for fixed and concealed installation, enjoying easy disassembly,  beautiful appearance and easy cleaning. The differential pressure gauge monitors the HEPA filter resistance in real time.

It supports in-situ automatic scanning for leak detection and in-situ online disinfection.

The UV sterilizer, air volume adjustment valve, automatic scanning device, etc. are optional.

Filter efficiency classes can be selected according to indoor cleanliness requirements.
