The negative pressure weighing booth is composed of several major components such as working area, return air box, fan box, outlet air box, outer cabinet, supply HEPA filter, exhaust HEPA filter, variable air volume fan unit, PLC control system and sensing system. The control panel is located in the front of the working area inside the equipment. It adopts touch screen control panel to control the fan start and stop, adjust the fan working condition, and adjust the air speed required in the working area. There is a differential pressure gauge beside it to test the resistance of the filter, and there is also an exhaust air adjustment plate inside the supply air box, which can adjust the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range. |
