Cigeair || What's Biosafety Airtight Pass Box?

The biosafety airtight pass box is mainly used in rooms with airtightness requirements in high-level biosafety laboratories (BSL-3, BSL-4, ABSL-3, ABSL-4), which can solve the airtightness problem of logistics channels. The double doors of the airtight pass box are both mechanically and inflatably sealed to ensure the airtightness of the logistics channel, i.e. the pass box door panel is installed with a highly elastic sealing ring and an inflatable sealing ring to form a double sealing belt between the door and the door frame through the pressing mechanism. As an item transfer device, the pass box is mainly used for transferring small items between the low-pollution probability area and the high-pollution probability area, and its double doors adopt interlocking devices to avoid direct connection between different areas. Besides, there is a VHP disinfection interface in the pass box, which can be used to connect a VHP disinfection equipment to disinfect the items in the pass box, thus effectively reducing the pollution occurring during the transfer process.

3. Airtightness: Keep the inner cavity of the pass box airtight under the pressure of -500Pa, with the leakage rate <0.5% vol/h;

4. Self-cleaning ability: After starting the self-circulating fan, the cleanliness inside the pass box can reach ClassA purification requirement;

5. Disinfection mode: VHP disinfection can be performed on the internal space of the pass box and the internal items, and the disinfection effect can be validated;
