Closed structure

PuriCel TM disposable ceiling filter adopts closed structure and is tested to prevent leakage between the air inlet and outlet. All metal joints are bonded together to avoid side leakage. The standard unit adopts an air inlet with the diameter of 300×80 mm, a fixed diffuser, a round pipe joint, and a protective mesh at the downstream to protect the HEPA filter material.

Its low profile, light weight and disposable design make it suitable for use in hospital operating rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, micro-electronics, film and fiber optic equipment and food processing plants.

Leak detection and air volume adjustment

All HEPA filters are subject to leak testing. The cabinet can be equipped with optional air volume adjustment valve, PA0 detection port and differential pressure detection port.
