The Cleanroom standard pass-through window is a specialized air purification equipment used in conjunction with clean workshops. It is designed for the transfer of medium and small-sized cargo between clean rooms of the same or different cleanliness levels, or between clean rooms and non-clean rooms. By reducing the number of door openings and closings in clean rooms, it minimizes the intrusion of external contaminated air, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the clean area. The product is widely used in microtechnology, electronic industry, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, food processing industry, and other places requiring air purification, providing a safe and efficient cargo transfer channel.
In pharmaceutical factories, raw materials need to be transferred from non-clean storage areas to clean production workshops. The Clean Pass Box is installed at the interface between the two areas. After placing the raw material packaging in the pass box, the external door is closed, and the UV sterilizer is activated for disinfection. After disinfection, the internal door (connected to the clean room) can be opened to take out the materials, avoiding direct contact between the clean room and the external environment and preventing contamination.
In electronic manufacturing workshops, components need to be transferred from Class 1000 clean zones to Class 100 clean zones. The Clean Pass Box’s double-door interlocking function ensures that only one door can be opened at a time, preventing air flow between different cleanliness zones. The high-efficiency filtration system inside the pass box further purifies the air around the cargo, ensuring that the transferred components meet the cleanliness requirements of the target zone.
In food processing plants, semi-finished products need to be transferred between processing zones and packaging zones. A2: Yes, but it is necessary to ensure that the liquid is sealed and packaged to prevent leakage. The stainless steel inner wall of the pass box is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, which can handle accidental liquid spills.
A3: First, stop using the equipment and turn off the power. Check whether there is foreign matter blocking the door lock or sensor. If the fault cannot be resolved, contact our after-sales team immediately. Do not force open the doors to avoid damaging the equipment or causing contamination.
